Ladies and gents, as you’ve just heard, I am Bill Brownfield and I am the Assistant Secretary for Drugs and Law Enforcement from the Department of State, responsible for all of our overseas – our international programs related to drugs and other transnational organized crime and programs to support police and rule of law.
